Product Customization

Can I add custom instructions or images to my product?

Yes, when a product allows customization you can add instructions and, where allowed, upload images (within the limits shown on the product and checkout). You can also update your order details from your order page while the item is still in an early stage before production begins.

When can I change my customization after ordering?

Changes are only possible while the line is in an early status (before processing or production begins). Once the order moves into production or customization, changes may no longer be possible because work is personalised.

What image formats are accepted for customization?

Common formats such as JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP and similar are accepted where the product supports image uploads. The product page and checkout will show limits and accepted types.

Orders and Shipping

How do I cancel an order or items after placing it?

Where eligible, you can cancel selected items from your order detail page within the time window shown there (usually within a short period after placement). After that, orders may already be in production or shipped, so cancellation may not be available.

How do I track my order?

After your order ships, tracking information appears on your order page when available (e.g. courier name and tracking number or link). You can also open the tracking link from your order confirmation email.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery depends on your location, product availability, and processing time. You may see an estimated range on the order or checkout. Actual delivery can vary with courier and local conditions.

What if I receive a wrong or damaged item?

Please use the return or replacement options on your order page within the allowed time window after delivery, and follow any steps (such as a short unboxing video) required by our policy. Our team will review your request.

Payment and Refunds

How do I pay? Is checkout secure?

Payments are processed securely through our payment partner (Razorpay). You can complete payment using the methods offered at checkout. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Are prices inclusive of GST?

Yes, prices shown on the site are inclusive of GST in line with Indian law. Your invoice will show the GST breakup (CGST+SGST or IGST) depending on the place of supply.

How long does a refund take?

When a refund is approved, it is initiated through the payment gateway. The amount is usually credited back to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

When can I request a return or replacement after delivery?

Requests must be submitted within the post-delivery window stated in our policy (e.g. within hours of delivery). The exact process (refund or replacement) depends on our current post-delivery policy.
